If you don't have a family binder... you need to make one.
We have finally created one that we love and keeps us as organized as can be.
Everything we need is in one central location, and we are adding to it daily.
In our binder we have a:
Calendar
Tote Index
Every item packed away in totes is listed,
we will eventually turn my notes into a spreadsheet which really helps when moving!!
Bill folder
Every bill that arrives goes into the handy folder
also holds return address labels and stamps.
Bank Account Info
Our bank title, account number, routing number, bank phone number,
account holders, payable on death info, messages,
online banking login / password,
images of front and back of our debit cards.
Account Balance Ledger
Its hard to keep track of A LOT of balances (because we have a lot of accounts),
so I use one of those column ledgers, and its awesome!!!
Bill Information
Company, Account Number, and the Address to send your payment
Passwords
We all have so many passwords it's hard to keep track,
Website, username, and password.
Bills
Basically a grid of every bill we have and the month, once paid we put an X in that box.
We also receive a paycheck every Friday, so we break up what bill we pay when.
I have 4 circles with the bills written in, so I know which bill to pay which week.
Extra Cards
I use a business card sleeve (kinda like baseball cards) and it holds our gym membership cards,
business cards from people/companies we use, Chris's debit cards he doesn't wanna carry with him,
Our Personal Extras....
We have a word document that lists out all our DVD's, Wii Games, Etc.
Just in case we are ever robbed, we can have a list of what we for sure had.
We also have a serial number spreadsheet....
All our Wii remotes, laptops, cameras, phones, iPods.
Will these sheets ever be used? Hopefully not, but better to be safe than really sorry.
I absolutely LOVE having all our important and needed stuff in one spot.
I created all the sheets we use myself and love them.
Make your binder today, and say goodbye to the nasty clutter!
